Here is the current Board of Directors.
The Executive Director of Sonorml is Lori Duckworth. She has had a 24 year career in nursing, specializing in Dementia and Alzheimer's. She is the co facilitator for the Protect Your Rights Program.
Lee Jones is Security Administrator. He has worked through federal contracts and been self employed. He is a native of Jackson County, Oregon.
Lee Duckworth is Building Operations Manager.He was one of the first 500 OMMP registered patients. He has owned several businesses in Jackson County, which included a horse stable, and an adult foster home.
The Information Manager is Melanie Barniskis. Her communication skills were honed through her service as a high school English teacher and a 9-1-1 dispatcher.
The Southern Oregon NORML office is located in Medford's beautiful downtown historic district, within 'the first Community Center for cannabis families' in Oregon. Sonorml exists to provide accurate information and advocacy for the responsible adult use of cannabis, with an emphasis on establishing cannabis as a safe and legitimate medication.
